Founded in March of 2020, the agency began with Charlotte’s vision to create a client‑focused, relationship‑driven insurance experience built on integrity, expertise, and genuine care.

Charlotte Becker

Charlotte Becker is the proud owner of Becker Insurance Agency, a Florida native with deep roots in the Sunshine State. Born in Miami and raised in Palm Beach County, Charlotte eventually settled on the Treasure Coast to build a life with her husband, Dax. In 2019, she became a wife, and soon after, a mother to two wonderful boys—Luke (2022) and Blake (2024).

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Charlotte never imagined she’d one day run her own agency. But in 2020, she took a leap of faith, opened Becker Insurance Agency, and calls it the best decision ever. The journey has not only given her professional freedom but also taught her invaluable lessons about leadership, resilience, and what it means to be a true boss.

Outside of business, Charlotte’s greatest joy is her family. With her husband Dax and their two young boys Luke and Blake life is full of fun and adventure. Together they enjoy afternoons at the park, splashing at the water park in summer, bouncing around at home on our bounce house, and even gardening (where the boys happily play in the dirt). The family also loves exploring new restaurants, and when time allows, Charlotte and Dax make space for cherished date nights.

Charlotte’s world is also filled with creativity and nature. She loves gardening, tending to her plants and herbs, and creating a backyard haven that attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. When time allows, she enjoys cooking, crafting, and always having a project in motion—whether it’s something practical or purely imaginative.

Charlotte’s story is one of family, faith, and fearless entrepreneurship. She blends professionalism with a personal touch, ensuring every client feels cared for while building a legacy rooted in both business and love.

Michelle Guarneiri

As a Florida native with a strong background in legal support, Michelle brings years of paralegal experience and a deep commitment to helping others into her role asan Insurance Customer Service Representative. After spending many years in the legal field, she knew she was ready for a new chapter, one focused on connection, clarity, and supporting people in a more personal way. When her previous employer retired, it opened the door for her to transition into insurance, where she has found a rewarding opportunity to guide clients with care and confidence.

Michelle takes pride in helping customers understand their coverage, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their insurance experience. Known for her communication skills, organization, and attention to detail, Michelle strives to create positive interactions and build lasting relationships with every client she assists.

Outside of work, Michelle is proud parent to a soccer-playing, fishing-fanatic

teenage son. She loves relaxing at the beach, cooking, and spending quality time with her family, and enjoying the coastal lifestyle that has always been home to her.
